Our Rates : A rental may start on any weekday, normally after 3:00 PM, and ends on the last day,  normally by 12:00 PM. The house cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the rate.

Terms: 30% deposit at reservation - Balance due 21 days before departure
   Other Services
     A chauffeur for your transfer from the airport to the villa: 60 €/4 people (75 €/6; 90 €/8)
     A cook for grocery shopping and to prepare your daily meals: 10 €/day (9am to 5pm - 6 days/wk)
     A babysitter to watch, care for and tend to your toddler/young child needs: 8 €/day (7h) ou 50 €/week

Send us an e-mail at reservations@zehliana.com (or a Fax at +1.510.263.6527) with your name, home address, telephone number, e-mail address and/or fax number, the dates you wish to rent the villa, and the number of people for this location (8 people maximum).
As soon as we receive your e-mail or fax, we will send you a Reservation Request form to fill out which will also include instructions for the payment of the deposit, and a Short-Term Rental Agreement.

Make your deposit, then send us back the Request form filled out and the Rental Agreement signed.
  Upon reception of these documents, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation. That's it! We will take care of the rest, that is, all of what is needed to ensure that you'll spend an excellent vacation.
